NOVELTY - A sand-fixing agent comprises 0.8-1 pt. wt. modified silica, 7-10 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 3-6 pts. wt. modified epoxy resin, 0.3-0.5 pt. wt. emulsifier, 30-40 pts. wt. acidic aqueous solution, and 0.5-1 pt. wt. curing agent. The modified epoxy resin is made by combining an epoxy resin and a silicone resin containing hydroxyl and alkoxy at an end. The outer surface of the modified epoxy resin is coated with ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer and water-soluble polymer, in series. USE - Sand-fixing agent used for oil field. ADVANTAGE - The sand-fixing agent has consolidation strength, and sand particle size. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the sand-fixing agent, which involves dissolving 7-10 pts. wt. epoxy resin with 20-24 pts. wt. acetone to obtain epoxy resin solution, adding 0.8-1 pt. wt. modified silica, and 3-6 pts. wt. modified epoxy resin to 30-40 pts. wt. acidic aqueous solution, and stirring to obtain a modified solution, heating the epoxy resin solution to 40-50 degrees C and under stirring, adding 0.3-0.5 pt. wt. emulsifier and modification solution, in series, after the reaction is kept and stirred for 2-4 hours, stopping the heating, and obtaining a reaction solution by natural cooling to room temperature, dripping 0.5-1 pt. wt. curing agent to the reaction solution under stirring, and continuously stirring for 10-15 minutes.
