▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - An antibacterial ultra-fine powder rubber vulcanized PVC composite water pipe material comprises 29-30 pts. wt. ultra-fine full-vulcanized powder rubber, 68-70 pts. wt. PVC SG-3, 2-2.3 pts. wt. nano-zinc oxide wire, 3-3.2 pts. wt. cerium nitrate, 70-80 pts. wt. deionized water, 1.6-1.8 pts. wt. butyl acrylate, 0.2-0.3 pt. wt. ammonium persulfate, 2.3-2.5 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 0.8-1 pt. wt. nano-cuprous oxide, 0.8-1 pt. wt. asphalt, 2.6-2.8 pts. wt. dodecafluoroheptylpropyltrimethoxysilane, 60-70 pts. wt. ethanol and 15-16 pts. wt. ammonia. USE - Antibacterial ultra-fine powder rubber vulcanized PVC composite water pipe material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The antibacterial effect is excellent. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of antibacterial ultra-fine powder rubber vulcanized PVC composite water pipe material, which involves adding cerium nitrate, deionized water, and stirring, to obtain a solution, then adding ultra-fine full-vulcanized powder rubber, and then slowly adding ammonia while stirring, and reacting at 30-35 degrees C under stirring for 3-3.5 hours, filtering and drying the mixture, to obtain powder, mixing butyl acrylate solution and dodecafluoroheptylpropyltrimethoxysilane, adding ethanol, and stirring evenly, and further adding obtained powder, nano zinc oxide wire, and stirring, then adding ammonium persulfate, and heating at 60-70 degrees C for 30-40 minutes, filtering and drying the mixture, to obtain modified ultrafine full-vulcanized powder rubber, then mixing graphene and nano-cuprous oxide and stirring at 2-2.5 MPa for 20-30 minutes, restoring normal pressure, then adding asphalt and stirring, to obtain mixed material, adding modified ultra-fine full-vulcanized powder rubber in mixed material and other remaining components, and stirring at rotor speed of 40 rpm, and at temperature of 180-185 degrees C for 10-12 minutes, granulating the mixture and injection molding, to obtain ultra-fine powder rubber vulcanized PVC composite water pipe material.
