▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The device has an array substrate covered with an anode layer and a cathode layer. The anode layer and the cathode layer are covered with an electro-luminescent layer. A package substrate top layer is arranged between the anode layer and the cathode layer. A conductive filler is arranged between the array substrate and a package substrate. The anode layer or cathode layer is electrically connected with the package substrate top layer though the conductive filler. The package substrate is provided with a substrate and covered with a graphene layer. USE - OLED display device. ADVANTAGE - The device reduces resistance of the anode layer and the cathode layer. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for an organic LED (OLED) display device manufacturing method. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a sectional view of an OLED display device.
