NOVELTY - The method involves adding (S1) needle coke into deionized water to obtain a suspension. A dispersant is added (S2) to deionized water to obtain a dispersant solution. The powder is graphitized (S5) to obtain a conductive agent. The conductive agent and the solvent are mixed (S6) and then ground to obtain a conductive agent slurry. The solvent adopts N-methyl pyrrolidone. The dispersing agent adopts polyvinyl pyrrolidone or sodium carboxymethyl cellulose. USE - Method for preparing artificial graphene superconducting agent used in portable electronic and electric vehicles. ADVANTAGE - The method can improve the discharge specific capacity, rate performance and cycle performance of the battery.
