▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Carbon-modified biphasic foam composite material preparation involves mixing graphene oxide, carbon nanotubes, ammonium molybdate tetrahydrate and thiourea with hydrochloric acid and sodium hydroxide after adjusting pH of the solution, and then stirring under ultrasound hydrothermal reaction to obtain hydrothermal product. The obtained hydrothermal product is washed with ionized water and absolute ethanol, and then vacuum-dried at room temperature. The obtained material is vacuum-dried at room temperature under a nitrogen atmosphere to obtain the target product. USE - Method for preparing carbon-modified biphasic foam composite material (claimed) used as negative electrode material for lithium ion batteries. ADVANTAGE - The method prepares the carbon-modified biphasic foam composite material in a simple and cost-effective manner with high specific capacitance, improved molybdenum dioxide conductivity, high specific capacity and excellent cycle stability. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic photograph of the prepared carbon modified two-phase foam composite.
