NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene-reinforced aluminum matrix composite involves mixing aluminum-silicon-magnesium powder and graphene layer, adding ethanol, placing resultant mixture in an ultrasonic crusher, ultrasonically processing at 150-300 W for 2-5 hours, ball milling, cooling, filtering, centrifuging for 1 hour, removing ethanol, obtaining a mixed powder, oven-drying the mixed powder at 20-60 degrees C under vacuum condition, ball milling resultant product under high-purity argon atmosphere, air-cooling at 10-15 degrees C, vacuum-oven-drying resultant product and molding. USE - Preparation of graphene-reinforced aluminum matrix composite (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of graphene-reinforced aluminum matrix composite having improved mechanical properties, with high yield. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene-reinforced aluminum matrix composite involves mixing aluminum-silicon-magnesium (AlSi10Mg)-type powder and graphene layer, adding ethanol, placing resultant mixture in an ultrasonic crusher, ultrasonically processing at 150-300 W for 2-5 hours, ball milling, cooling, filtering, centrifuging for 1 hour, removing ethanol, obtaining a mixed powder, oven-drying the mixed powder at 20-60 degrees C under vacuum condition, ball milling resultant product under high-purity argon atmosphere, air-cooling at 10-15 degrees C, vacuum-oven-drying resultant product and molding resultant product by laser-melt molding based on three-dimensional computer model. The mixing ratio of absolute ethanol and graphene is 15:1.
