▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-carbon fiber polypropylene fiber composite material masterbatch comprises (i) mixing graphene, surfactant and organic solvent to obtain modified graphene dispersion, (ii) placing the modified graphene dispersion, organic solvent, alkyl aluminum compound solution, silane coupling agent, and catalyst into high-pressure polymerization kettle, and reacting in atmosphere of propylene to obtain a graphene-polypropylene composite material, and (iii) mixing the graphene-polypropylene composite material, carbon fiber and antioxidant, extruding and granulating through a twin-screw extruder to obtain the graphene-carbon fiber polypropylene fiber composite material masterbatch. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene-carbon fiber polypropylene fiber composite material masterbatch. ADVANTAGE - The method has excellent mechanical property, conductive, and heat conducting performance.
