▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Sensor (100) comprises a polymer matrix (110) and a carbonized layer (120). The carbonized layer is formed by carbonizing part of the surface of the polymer matrix in situ. USE - The sensor is useful for detecting and monitoring service condition of polymer material component in real time, including airplane, ship, container, military engineering, aerospace, and carrying tool. ADVANTAGE - The carbonized layer can be formed by simple process, and the formed carbonized layer can efficiently sense and feedback strain or temperature change, and convert into a resistor signal. The polymer matrix has excellent performance, and can form a carbide layer by in-situ carbonization. The sensing device has all the features and advantages of the sensing device, which will not be repeated. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing the sensor, comprising providing a polymer matrix, and carbonizing a part of the surface of the polymer matrix in situ to form a carbonized layer; and (2) sensing device, comprising sensor. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic representation of the sensor. Sensor (100) Polymer matrix (110) Carbonized layer (120)
