▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphene slurry involves: mixing sulfuric acid, flake graphite, sodium nitrate, potassium permanganate, purified water and hydrogen peroxide, and heat treating through a heating device to obtain a mixture (A); filtering the mixture (A) to remove residues to obtain a mixture (B); refluxing the mixture (B) and heat treating, so that the mixture (B) is in a boiling state; cooling the mixture (B) in a boiling state; centrifuging the cooled mixture (B) to obtain a mixture (C); heating the mixture (C) with hydrochloric acid, and then washing with purified water to obtain a mixture (D); and centrifuging the mixture (D). USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene slurry, which is useful for preparing heat dissipation film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple and economical preparation of the graphene slurry with high purity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a device for preparing the graphene slurry; and (2) a method for preparing a heat dissipation film by using the graphene slurry, which involves diluting the graphene slurry with purified water to obtain an initial slurry with a solid content of 5-8%, defoaming the initial slurry by using an ultrasonic defoaming machine, using a film spreading equipment to spread the initial slurry after defoaming to obtain a wet film, drying the wet film to obtain a graphite oxide film, slicing the graphite oxide film to obtain a graphene heat dissipation primary film, heat treating the graphene heat dissipation touch by using a graphite paper and a graphite pressing plate to obtain a graphene film, and rolling the graphene film.
