▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene oxide suspension, methyl acrylate, ethyl acrylate, butyl acrylate, acrylic acid, hydroxyethylacrylate, PEREGAL O-15 (RTM: polyoxyethylene alkylether) and lauryl sodium sulfate are mixed, to obtain graphene oxide/monomer mixture. Deionized water, PEREGAL O-15 (RTM: polyoxyethyelene alkylether) and lauryl sodium sulfate are added to reaction container, and graphene oxide/monomer mixture and initiator solution are added to mixture, to obtain acrylic resin/graphene oxide nanocomposite leather finishing agent. USE - Preparation of acrylic resin/graphene oxide nanocomposite leather finishing agent. ADVANTAGE - The method efficiently and economically provides finishing agent which provides smooth hand feel, strength and antistatic property to leather. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - (In parts mass) graphite powder (6), sodium nitrate (3) and concentrated sulfuric acid (60) are mixed and heated at 35 degrees C, then potassium permanganate (14) is added to the mixture, reacted for 24 hours and then deionized water (300) is added to mixture slowly, and heated to 58 degrees C. Hydrogen peroxide solution (16) is added to mixture, precipitated and repeatedly washed for several times, and pH of the solution is adjusted to 6 by sodium hydroxide, centrifuged and separated. The separated precipitate graphene oxide is added into deionized water (100), and ultrasonically-treated for 30 minutes, to obtain graphene oxide suspension. Graphene oxide suspension (8-10), methyl acrylate (5-10), ethyl acrylate (3-5), butyl acrylate (25-30), acrylic acid (2-3), hydroxyethyl acrylate (2-3), PEREGAL O-15 (RTM: polyoxyethyelene alkylether) (1-3) and lauryl sodium sulfate (0.5-2) are mixed, and treated ultrasonically at normal temperature for 30 minutes, to obtain graphene oxide/monomer mixture. Deionized water (50), PEREGAL O-15 (RTM: polyoxyethyelene alkylether) (0.5-2.5) and lauryl sodium sulfate (0.5-2) are added to reaction container with agitating device, heated to 80-90 degrees C, graphene oxide/monomer mixture and initiator solution are added to mixture, addition time of the monomer mixture is controlled to 1-1.5 hours and addition time of initiator solution is adjusted to 1.5-2 hours, reacted for 3-4 hours, cooled to 45 degrees C, and pH of solution is adjusted to 5 by sodium hydroxide solution, to obtain acrylic resin/graphene oxide nanocomposite leather finishing agent.
