▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene oxide involves dissolving gelatin in solvent, removing impurities, filtering to obtain gelatin solution, volatilizing the solvent in the gelatin solution to obtain fixed form gelatin matrix, carbonizing the fixed form gelatin matrix at 200-1000 degrees C under inert gas atmosphere and cooling to room temperature. USE - The method is useful for preparation of graphene oxide, which is useful for preparation of flexible wear-resistant pressure sensor (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of graphene oxide in simple, easy, safe, economical and environmentally-friendly manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for use of graphene oxide for preparation of flexible wear-resistant pressure sensor, where the application method involves dissolving gelatin in solvent, removing impurities, filtering to obtain gelatin solution, depositing the gelatin solution onto the surface of copper foil, electrospinning, evaporating the solvent to obtain film-like gelatin matrix, carbonizing at high temperature under inert gas atmosphere, cooling to room temperature to obtain graphene oxide-copper foil composite film, uniformly mixing polydimethylsiloxane and polydimethylsiloxane curing agent, applying the mixed solution to the surface of the graphene oxide-copper foil composite film, performing heat curing process in incubator to obtain polydimethylsiloxane-graphene oxide-copper foil composite film, soaking the polydimethylsiloxane-graphene oxide-copper foil composite film in persulfate solution to remove copper foil, washing with deionized water to obtain graphene oxide-polydimethylsiloxane composite film, relatively bonding the graphene oxide surface of the graphene oxide-polydimethylsiloxane composite film and fixedly connecting one end of the copper wire to the graphene oxide surface of the graphene oxide-polydimethylsiloxane composite film.
