NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene modified water-soluble isocyanate curing agent includes pre-graphene dispersion treatment in propylene glycol methyl ether acetate solvent, adding graphene powder with high speed stirring to uniform, and ultrasonic dispersing to obtain graphene dispersion; and adding graphene dispersion, polyfunctional hydroxy component, isocyanate monomer, hydrophilic agent and solvent to the same reaction vessel, water bath heating under stirring condition, reacting, adding blocking agent to react, cooling, and adding acid to neutralize to obtain the curing agent. USE - Method for preparing graphene modified water-soluble isocyanate curing agent (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has high efficiency and simple operation, and can provide curing agent having corrosion resistance and wear resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene modified water-soluble isocyanate curing agent comprises: (A) pre-graphene dispersion treatment in propylene glycol methyl ether acetate solvent, adding graphene powder with high speed stirring to uniform for 5-6 minutes, ultrasonic dispersing to obtain graphene dispersion, where graphene content is 0.006-0.04 wt.%; and (B) adding graphene dispersion, polyfunctional hydroxy component, isocyanate monomer, hydrophilic agent and solvent to the same reaction vessel, water bath heating at 70-80 degrees C under stirring condition, reacting for 5-10 hours, adding blocking agent to react for 4-5 hours, cooling to 30 degrees C, adding acid to neutralize to obtain the graphene modified water-soluble isocyanate curing agent.
