NOVELTY - Preparing light resistance paint comprises (i) dissolving sodium dodecyl sulfate in water, adding graphene, flatting agent and nano-material, emulsifying in a shear emulsifier at the speed of 500-1000 revolutions/minute for 60-80 minutes, controlling ultrasonic sound intensity at 0.12-0.3 W/cm2 and emulsifying for 20-50 minutes to obtain graphene emulsion; and (ii) adding acrylic acid, hydroxyethyl acrylate and polycarbonate diol into the graphene emulsion at 70-90 degrees C, dropping potassium persulfate solution at constant speed for 1 hour, and reacting for 2-4 hours. USE - The method is useful in preparing light resistance paint (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple. The paint has good light resistance performance and strong adhesion force. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing light resistance paint comprises (i) dissolving sodium dodecyl sulfate in water, adding graphene, flatting agent and nano-material, emulsifying in a shear emulsifier at the speed of 500-1000 revolutions/minute for 60-80 minutes, controlling ultrasonic sound intensity at 0.12-0.3 W/cm2 and emulsifying for 20-50 minutes to obtain graphene emulsion, where the amount of each component as follows: 5-9% sodium dodecyl sulfate, 1-3% graphene, 0.1-0.5% flatting agent, 0.2-0.6% nano-material and water (remaining amount); and (ii) adding acrylic acid, hydroxyethyl acrylate and polycarbonate diol into the graphene emulsion at 70-90 degrees C, dropping potassium persulfate solution at constant speed for 1 hour, and reacting for 2-4 hours, where the amount of each component as follows 1-5% acrylic acid, 25-35% hydroxyethyl acrylate, 2-8% polycarbonate diol, 0.5-0.9% potassium persulfate and 64-74.6% graphene emulsion.
