NOVELTY - A mixed solvent composed of 2 or more organic solvents having boiling point of less than 100 degrees C is prepared. Powdery graphite is added to the mixed solvent, and the mixed solution is placed in an ultrasonic machine, and ultrasonically treated. The mixed solution is centrifuged, and the supernatant is removed to obtain graphene dispersion uniformly dispersed in the mixed solvent. USE - Manufacture of graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method uses solvent having preset Hansen solubility parameters, which is suitable for peeling and dispersing graphene.
