NOVELTY - The hot stamping mold (10) has several molding blocks (11) each of which is set with a molding surface (1). Each block is formed by superimposing of several plates (20). One of several blocks is set as a heating block (11c), and the other is set as a cooling block (11b). A groove is formed on one side of the plate of cooling block, so that cooling block is overlapped by facing plate. A silver nano wire or a graphene is ultrasonically spray coated on groove. The copper-nickel compound powder of specific weight ratio is coated on surface of heating block. USE - Hot stamping mold used for manufacture of vehicle components. ADVANTAGE - The vehicle components can be effectively manufactured by the hot stamping mold, so that the cooling performance of the vehicle can be improved. The vehicle component having the local softening organization can be manufactured without the need to run the cooling channel of the different kind more specific temperature. The intensity of the vehicle component is increased and the cost can be reduced. Since the damage in the mold due to water leakage is replaced, the repair of plate of the appropriate component is possible. Thus the repair work can be facilitated and the cost can be efficient.
