NOVELTY - The method for using light-cured graphene heat-dissipating paint involves mixing graphene quantum dot, graphene, monomer and solvent, grinding, ultrasonically cutting for 40-60 minutes under ultrasonic power of 1000-1200 Wt.% to obtain composite slurry material, adding urea-formaldehyde resin to composite slurry material, stirring auxiliary agent and the carbon nanotubes at speed of 1000-1200 rpm for 2-4 hours to obtain graphene heat-dissipating slurry, adding heat conductive metal powder to the graphene heat dissipating slurry, stirring at rotation speed of 1200-1500 rpm for 2-3 hours, distributing mixture to obtain graphene heat-dissipating paint. The graphene heat dissipating paint comprises 6-12 pts. wt. graphene, 50-70 pts. wt. urea-formaldehyde resin, 20-70 pts. wt. monomer, 25-35 pts. wt. additive, 12-30 pts. wt. graphene quantum dot, 2-5 pts. wt. thermally conductive metal powder, 3-6 pts. wt. carbon nanotubes and 12-24 pts. wt. solvent. USE - Method for using light-cured graphene heat-dissipating paint in aviation, aerospace or military field (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables usage of light-cured graphene heat-dissipating paint, introduces graphene quantum dots as an additive to the graphene heat dissipation paint to increase the dispersibility of graphene and to prevent reunion, does not introduce new impurities to reduce conductivity, effectively overcomes the occurrence of graphene self-agglomeration and improves the thermal conductivity of the paint.
