NOVELTY - Preparation of nitrogen-doped graphene catalyst comprises dispersing graphite oxide in solvent, ultrasonically processing for 3 hours, and obtaining graphene oxide solution; adding at least one nitrogen-containing organic micromolecule, hydrate of metal salt, dispersing in solvent, and stirring; dropping graphene oxide solution to mixed solution, continuously stirring for 10-15 hours at 50-70 degrees C, and evaporating solvent; and setting nitrogen-doped graphite alkene precursor in quartz boat, under protection of inert gas, heating, and naturally cooling. USE - Method of preparation of nitrogen-doped graphene catalyst (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of nitrogen-doped graphene catalyst comprises dispersing graphite oxide in solvent, ultrasonically processing for 3 hours, and obtaining graphene oxide solution; adding at least one nitrogen-containing organic micromolecule, hydrate of metal salt, dispersing in solvent, and stirring at 50-70 degrees C for 3 hours to obtain mixed solution; dropping graphene oxide solution to mixed solution, continuously stirring for 10-15 hours at 50-70 degrees C, and evaporating solvent to obtain nitrogen-doped graphite alkene precursor; and setting nitrogen-doped graphite alkene precursor in quartz boat, under protection of inert gas, heating at 600-1000 degrees C for 1-4 hours, naturally cooling to obtain nitrogen-doped graphite alkene catalyst. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of membrane electrode comprising adding doped graphite alkene to prepare catalyst to dispersing agent in ultrasonic dispersion to obtain catalyst solution, adding catalyst solution to glassy carbon electrode, using methanol solution and Nafion (RTM: perfluoro-sulfonic acid polymer) solution as binder, dropping adhesive on upper of catalyst solution to upper electrode, naturally drying at room temperature to obtain film electrode.
