NOVELTY - Preparing fluorinated graphene, comprises providing graphite fluoride and organic solvent, where organic solvent is an organic solvent whose boiling point is not less than 150degrees Celsius, subjecting the graphite fluoride and the organic solvent to hydrothermal reaction, and separating to obtain supernatant, utilizing ultrasound to peel off the graphite fluoride in the supernatant to obtain a reaction solution, centrifuging the reaction solution at different speeds, and obtaining the thin yarn-shaped fluorinated graphene, the surface wrinkled fluorinated graphene and the flake-type fluorinated graphene, where the two-dimensional size of the thin yarn-shaped fluorinated graphene is more than 5 mum, the two-dimensional size of the surface wrinkled fluorinated graphene is 1-5 mum and the two-dimensional size of the sheet-type fluorinated graphene is less than 1 mum. The organic solvent is N-methylpyrrolidone, dimethylsulfoxide, N,N-dimethylformamide or dimethylacetamide. USE - Preparation method of fluorinated graphene. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare fluorinated graphite that improves the problem that the shape of the fluorinated graphene prepared in the prior art is not controllable, and has high boiling point as organic solvent and intercalation material of fluorination graphite using organic molecule with high-boiling point into the interlayer of the graphite.
