NOVELTY - Modified graphene modified antistatic polypropylene composite material comprises 100 pts. wt. polypropylene, 1.5-5 pts. wt. modified graphene and 0.2-1 pts. wt. antioxidant. The modified graphene is prepared by the Hummers method, and then hydroxy functionalized on the graphene oxide sheet. USE - Used as modified graphene modified antistatic polypropylene composite material. ADVANTAGE - The material has good comprehensive antistatic effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing modified graphene modified antistatic polypropylene composite material, comprising (i) obtaining the graphene oxide by Hummers method and (ii) functionalizing by using a hydroxy group on the graphene oxide sheet, and grafting the functional molecule onto the graphene oxide by an esterification reaction to obtain a modified graphene oxide.
