NOVELTY - Heat-resistant polypropylene plastic pipe comprises 40-45 wt.% polypropylene powder, 1-5 wt.% nano calcium carbonate, 10-15 wt.% borate, 3-6 wt.% silicon powder, 0.8-1.2 wt.% graphene, 2.5-3.5 wt.% Dispersant, 2-6 wt.% stabilizer, 4-8 wt.% polyurethane adhesive, 0.5-2 wt.% penetrant, and balance is organic molybdenum solution. USE - Heat-resistant polypropylene plastic pipe. ADVANTAGE - The heat-resistant polypropylene plastic pipe has better heat resistance and high temperature resistance, good fire resistance, does not easy to be damaged for a long time, more scientific and reasonable, has better use effect, has broad application prospects, and is beneficial to popularization. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing a heat-resistant polypropylene plastic pipe, which involves: (A) weighing out a predetermined amount of polypropylene, nano-calcium carbonate, borate, fine silicon powder and graphene and pouring into the blending tank in sequence, using three droppers of the same model to inhale the dispersant, stabilizer and penetration, placing the dropper on a clean dropper stand, and pouring polyurethane adhesive and the mixed organic molybdenum solution into two glass dishes, respectively; (B) placing the blending tank in a constant temperature room at 60-70 degrees C, and continuously stirring with a high-speed stirrer for 60-70 minutes, and leaving for 10-15 minutes after the stirring to obtain a preliminary solution; (C) taking dropper to drop the dispersant, stabilizer and penetrant into the initial solution in order, and placing mixing tank in a constant temperature room at 35-45 degrees C and stirring with a high-speed stirrer for 35-50 minutes, standing for 3-8 minutes, and obtaining intermediate solution; (D) pouring polyurethane adhesive and the remaining organic molybdenum solution into the intermediate solution, and placing the blending tank in a greenhouse with a high-speed stirrer for 15-25 minutes, stirring, shaking with a shaker 10- 20 minutes to obtain heat-resistant polypropylene soft material; and (E) adding obtained heat-resistant polypropylene soft material to the feed port of a twin-screw extruder, and extrude to obtain a heat-resistant polypropylene plastic pipe from the exit of the twin-screw extruder.
