▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Printing ultra-porous elastic graphene aerogel in three dimenisional manner involves mixing graphene oxide, ascorbic acid and deionized water to form a graphene hydrogel ink, where mass ratio of the graphene oxide and the ascorbic acid is 1:1-10, heating the graphene hydrogel ink at 40-80 degrees C for 1-3 hours to obtain a microporous graphene hydrogel ink, transferring the microporous graphene hydrogel ink to three dimensional printer, setting three dimensional printer parameters, and performing three dimensional printing on the glass substrate to obtain three dimensional graphene oxide hydrogel, freeze-drying three dimensional graphene oxide hydrogel, heating to reacted graphene oxide and ascorbic acid, soaking in deionized water overnight to removed soluble impurities, and freeze-drying the reduced graphene oxide aerogel. The reduced graphene oxide aerogel is calcined at a high temperature under inert gas conditions. USE - Method for printing ultra-porous elastic graphene aerogel in three dimenisional manner. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to print ultra-porous elastic graphene aerogel in three dimenisional manner which has low density and excellent elasticity, fatigue resistance and pressure resistance.
