▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Production of biogenic-based silver nanoparticles involves (a) adding natural bioflavone hesperetin isolated from bark from orange in a concentration of 1 mmol/L to a solution of sodium hydroxide in a concentration of 0.005 mol/L, (b) adding silver nitrate solution (A) in a concentration of 1 mmol/L to the solution of step (a) in a ratio of 1/1 (v/v) in drops, and (c) neutralizing the suspension using hydrochloric acid solution and diluting to a pH of 7.4. USE - Production of biogenic-based silver nanoparticles used for spray suspension in preparation of nasal spray or sanitizer, and for flexible nanostructured composite papers for packaging and as filters for face masks (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method produces biogenic-based silver nanoparticles having reduced toxicity against L929 fibroblast cells, and virucidal activity against coronavirus. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: the biogenic-based silver nanoparticles, which have an average size of 22 nm (± 8 nm), a potential of -35 mV and low polydispersity index of 0.3; a spray suspension, which comprises 50-0.05 μ mol/L biogenic based-silver nanoparticles, 0.2% glycerol and 0.01% limonene for inactivating 99.99% virus, and having virucidal activity against coronavirus and is non-toxic; and a flexible nanostructured composite papers, which comprises the graphene oxide decorated with 0.05 mmol/L silver nanoparticles and/or suspension of cellulose nanofibers treated with sodium hydroxide.
