NOVELTY - Preparing cleaning agent comprises adding 40-60 pts. wt. surfactant and 50-70 pts. wt. inorganic base to mixing kettle, controlling temperature at 20-45 degrees C, stirring for 10-30 minutes, adding 30-50 pts. wt. organic solvent and 20-40 pts. wt. additives, controlling temperature to 35-55 degrees C, stirring for 20-40 minutes, after completing, adding 780-860 pts. wt. water and 2-7 pts. wt. graphene-modified iron oleate/boric acid polymer, continue mixing for 1-5 hours, and cooling to room temperature to obtain cleaning agent. USE - The method is useful in preparing cleaning agent for all-weather gun (claimed), and for removing carbon deposits and heavy oil stains in extreme environments on military equipment. ADVANTAGE - The cleaning agent: has goof effect of removing oil and carbon deposit, rust prevention and rust removal function; is aqueous alkaline cleaning agent composition, which can quickly remove carbon deposits and heavy oil stains in extreme environments of 40-90 degrees C. The method is simple, environment-friendly.
