NOVELTY - The formaldehyde-free biomass composite board with one-time molding and veneering, comprises 20-40 pts. wt. eucalyptus sawdust, 10-30 pts. wt. bamboo fibers, 60-80 pts. wt. straws, 6-10 pts. wt. carbon fiber cloth, 1-3 pts. wt. a coupling agent, 15-35 pts. wt. a filler, 30-50 pts. wt. a formaldehyde-free adhesive, 10-25 pts. wt. biomass composite membrane base liquid and 20-30 pts. wt. absolute ethanol. USE - Formaldehyde-free biomass composite board with one-time molding and veneering. ADVANTAGE - The straw and the eucalyptus sawdust are doped for producing the composite board, the source of raw materials is enlarged on the basis of ensuring the performance of the composite board, and a way is provided for resource utilization of the straw. The formaldehyde-free adhesive and the bamboo fiber are matched with the carbon fiber cloth. The raw materials are rolled on the carbon fiber cloth. The formed core material is integrally and firmly connected. The surface is smooth, the spraying of the biomass composite film base liquid is facilitated to form a smooth surface, the board can be formed at one time, and formaldehyde volatile substances are not released. The preparation method of the composite board comprises: mixing eucalyptus sawdust and straw, drying, crushing, sieving with a 20-60-mesh sieve, adding bamboo fibers, adding 0.1mol/L sodium hydroxide aqueous solution, soaking for 24-36 hours, and drying to obtain a biomass base material; taking coupling agent, adding absolute ethanol, uniformly dispersing, and uniformly spraying the coupling agent on the filler to obtain a modified filler; mixing the biomass base material, the modified filler and formaldehyde-free adhesive, then uniformly coating the mixture on two sides of carbon fiber cloth, and pre-pressing to obtain a core material; spraying biomass composite membrane base liquid on two sides of the core material, hot-pressing and shaping.
