NOVELTY - Environmentally friendly and quick-drying building material coating comprises 10-20 pts. wt. nano titanium pigment, 15-20 pts. wt. A3 molecular sieve, 13-18 pts. wt. methacrylate stearate, 1.5-5 pts. wt. tributyl phosphate, 10-22 pts. wt. ferric chloride, 8-15 pts. wt. calcium oxide, 8-15 pts. wt. potassium/zinc salt, 2-5 pts. wt. graphene, 9-14 pts. wt. chlorinated paraffin, 20-25 pts. wt. absolute ethanol, 3-9 pts. wt. activated carbon, 5-9 pts. wt. glacial acetic acid, 3-6 pts. wt. composite rare earth drier and 10-14 pts. wt. resin. USE - Used as environmentally friendly and quick-drying building material coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating: adopts substances without harmful components; has anti-ultraviolet and antibacterial effects; is more durable; has low volatility and flame retardancy; is economical; and improves the overall performance of the coating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the building material coating, comprising (i) uniformly mixing nano-titanium pigment, calcium oxide, A3 molecular sieve and graphene to the mixture, placing the mixture into the grinding device, and grinding for 50-60 minutes to obtain a uniform and fine first mixture, (ii) placing the resin, methacrylate stearate, tributyl phosphate and activated carbon into a planetary ball mill for grinding treatment, grinding for 30-40 minutes, and then screening with a 600-800 mesh screen to obtain the second mixture, (iii) adding ferric chloride and potassium salt to water to form an aqueous solution, introducing absolute ethanol into the aqueous solution until a solid is precipitated, and then heating with a heating device until the solid is completely dissolved to obtain a third mixture, (iv) adding the first mixture to the third mixture, and pre-mixing it with a mixer for 10-20 minutes at a stirring speed of 140-240 revolutions per minute to obtain the fourth mixture, (v) adding second mixture, fourth mixture, chlorinated paraffin and composite rare earth drier into a constant temperature mixing tank, setting the temperature to 50-70 degrees C, then performing high-speed stirring at stirring speed of 600-800 revolutions per minute for 60-70 minutes, when the stirring time is remaining 10-15 minutes, slowly adding glacial acetic acid to the constant temperature stirring barrel, and forming colloidal paint, and (vi) cooling, inspecting, packaging, sealing and storing the paint.
