▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Conductive fiber body, comprises a base core material set from inside to outside sequentially a micro-ball/fiber framework layer and a conductive layer graphene. USE - The conductive fiber body is useful in preparing strain sensor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The fiber body: has simple preparation process and controllable structure; and can be integrated into yarn or fabric through weaving and sewing; and the sensor has high sensitivity, wide strain range, fast response time and excellent durability; can monitor human pulse beating, throat vibration and other health detection. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: a preparing the conductive fiber body, comprising (1) taking a specific amount of elastic polymer, adding expanded microspheres, and uniformly dispersing to obtain an expanded microsphere/elastic polymer finishing liquid, where the mass ratio of elastic polymer and expanded microspheres is 1:3-10%, (2) soaking the one-dimensional elastomer in the expanded microsphere/elastic polymer finishing liquid, and then sequentially heating, rinsing and drying to obtain an intermediate, and (3) soaking the intermediate in the graphene finishing liquid, drying, soaking in the graphene finishing liquid, drying, circulating for multiple times, and performing chemical reduction treatment to obtain the final product; and a preparing the strain sensor using conductive silver paste for connecting the two ends of the conductive fiber body to the copper lead, and then the two ends of the conductive fiber body are connected with the external power supply after being solidified to obtain the product.
