NOVELTY - Supercapacitor electrode material comprises ruthenium trichloride, three-dimensional nitrogen-doped porous graphene oxide in ratio of 10-30:100. USE - Supercapacitor electrode material for nano-ruthenium dioxide-graphene. ADVANTAGE - The supercapacitor electrode material provides good double-layer capacitance effect, and improves the actual specific capacitance of the electrode material under synergistic effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing supercapacitor electrode material for nano-ruthenium dioxide-graphene, which involves adding three-dimensional nitrogen-doped porous graphene oxide to distilled water, ultrasonically dispersing uniformly, and then adding dropwise ruthenium trichloride ethanol solvent, pouring solution into autoclave, heating to 150-200 degrees C, reacting for 12-18 hours, filtering, washing and drying, placing solid product in atmosphere resistance furnace, heating rate is 2-5 degrees C/minute, increasing temperature to 400-500 degrees C, keeping and calcining temperature for 2-4 hours to obtain final product.
