NOVELTY - A nylon composite material with excellent conductivity contains 7-9 pts. wt. graphene, 1-2 pts. wt. polyoxyethylene, 0.2-0.4 pt. wt. tetrapentaerythritol ester, 6-7 pts. wt. acetylene black, 0.5-1 pt. wt. N,N'-ethylenebis(stearamide), 90-100 pts. wt. nylon 6, 2.5-3.2 pts. wt. lithium chloride, 3-9 pts. wt. epoxy resin E51, 10-15 pts. wt. ethylene-vinyl acetate emulsion, 60-80 pts. wt. ethyl acetate, 1-3 pts. wt. dehydrated castor oil, 4-7 pts. wt. ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer powder and 15-30 pts. wt. distilled water. USE - Nylon composite material with excellent conductivity (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The nylon composite material can be prepared in simple and economical manner with high yield and excellent conductivity, compatibility, mechanical properties, strength and wear resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of nylon composite material, which involves: (a) mixing ethyl acetate, distilled water and ethylene-vinyl acetate emulsion, ultrasonically dispersing mixture, adding hexagonal graphene and acetylene black to dispersion and ultrasonically dispersing at 80-90 W for 10-15 minutes, heating mixture at 70-90 degrees C for 2-3 hours, stirring, stopping heating, filtering, washing filtrate and drying; (b) adding dehydrated castor oil and ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer powder to product obtained in step (a), heating mixture at 180-200 degrees C, activating for 10-15 minutes and cooling to room temperature; (c) drying anhydrous lithium chloride and nylon 6 at 80-120 degrees C, uniformly mixing dried anhydrous lithium chloride, nylon 6 and epoxy resin E51, adding mixture to twin-screw extruder, extruding and granulating, heating at 180-240 degrees C to obtain modified nylon 6 particles; (d) adding modified nylon 6 particles, N,N'-ethylenebis(stearamide) and tetrapentaerythritol ester to high-speed mixer and heating mixture at 70-80 degrees C for 3-10 minutes to obtain mixed material; and (e) adding mixed material to cold mixing machine, reducing the temperature to room temperature, adding remaining materials, mixing, stirring for 5-10 minutes, heating at 220-250 degrees C, adding mixture to twin-screw extruder, melt-extruding at 180-300 rpm, mixing and pelleting.
