NOVELTY - High resistance plate with floating beads comprises 20-50 pts. wt. floating beads, 10-20 pts. wt. calcium oxide, 80-95 pts. wt. aluminate cement, 6-12 pts. wt. basalt fiber, 1-6 pts. wt. glass microspheres, and 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. graphene oxide powder. The particle size of the graphene oxide powder is 30-60 μm. The particle size of the glass microspheres is 100-250 μm. The basalt fiber has a diameter of 10-20 μm and a length of 6-15 mm. USE - The plate is useful in production of light casting material and petroleum drilling. ADVANTAGE - The plate is low in density, excellent in fire resistance and heat insulation performance, has excellent compressive and anti-bending strength, the anti-smoke exhaust pipe, steel structure fireproof protection, and can realize independent application, without using the metal protective layer can satisfy with high strength requirement of application.
