NOVELTY - Graphene roll-to-roll continuous growth device comprises a feeding chamber (3), growth chamber and a receiving chamber (4). The feeding chamber is provided with more than two driven rollers (8). The collecting chamber is provided with more than two active rollers (9) and an isolation support plate (11) is provided in the growth chamber. The isolation support plate divides the growth chamber into more than two growth chambers. The growth chamber includes a graphene growth area provided with a heating device. USE - Used as graphene roll-to-roll continuous growth device. ADVANTAGE - The device: produces high quality of graphene with good consistency and no size limitation; improves the production efficiency of graphene; and reduces the energy consumption for preparing graphene per unit area. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene comprising winding the same or different metal substrates on the driven roller and driving roller in the device, where the metal substrate is transition metal substrates including nickel, cobalt, iron, platinum, gold, chromium, copper, manganese, molybdenum, ruthenium, tantalum, titanium, tungsten and/or alloys, preferably copper foil or nickel foil, reducing the air pressure in the growth chamber to below 1 Pa, injecting carbon source gas and inert gas into the growth chamber and hydrogen gas as needed, where the carbon source gas is alkane, alkene or alkyne containing 1 to 7 carbon atoms, preferably methane (preferred), acetylene, ethylene, ethane, propane, propylene and/or butane and the inert gas is helium, neon and/or argon, turning on the heating device, setting the driving roller to the same or different speed and transferring the metal substrate from the feeding chamber through the growth chamber to the receiving chamber.
