▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A calcium silicate-based building material comprises a carbon-containing additive(s) selected from carbon nanotubes, graphene, graphite, carbon black, and/or coal. USE - Calcium silicate- based building material is used for absorbing electromagnetic waves emitted in different wavelengths from electronic devices such as mobile phones, base stations, wireless and mobile internet sources to minimize adverse effects of these waves on human health. ADVANTAGE - The carbon-containing calcium silicate-based building material has excellent electromagnetic wave absorbing property which minimizes the emission/pollution of electromagnetic waves which adversely impacts the human health, defense and communication confidentiality/security. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for production of the calcium silicate-based building material, which involves mixing the carbon-containing additive(s) and a surface activating agent(s) in an aqueous medium to provide a mixture in which the carbon-containing additive is homogeneously dispersed, adding water, quartz sand, gypsum, lime, cement and aluminum metal powder, and super- and/or hyper-dispensing agent into the mixture, stirring using a mechanical mixer at 25-1000 rpm to provide a mixture in the form of slurry, pouring the mixture in the form of slurry into metal molds, optionally curing the slurry in the molds to obtain material in cake form, removing from the molds, properly-sizing by wire cutting, subjecting the material to an autoclaving process at 10-12 bar and 180-200 degrees C for 4-6 hours, and removing the material from the autoclave and packaging to provide a final product.
