NOVELTY - Graphene activated aqueous epoxy zinc-rich anticorrosive paint comprises 25-32 wt.% aqueous epoxy emulsion, 0.2-0.6 wt.% water-containing epoxy resin emulsion and 0.3-0.8 wt.% antifoaming agent, 60-70 wt.% thixotropic agent, 6-10 wt.% zinc powder, 6-10 wt.% deionized water and 0-2 wt.% graphene, and 18-22 wt.% curing agent. USE - The graphene-activated aqueous epoxy zinc-rich anticorrosive paint is useful for the requirement of environment-friendly policy, and the general focus of the research staff at home and abroad. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-activated aqueous epoxy zinc-rich anticorrosive paint formulation: is an environment-friendly high anti-corrosion paint; utilizes the raw material with ultra-low volatile organic compounds (VOCs) content; and utilizes nano-grade graphene to make the coating flexibility of the paint, and the properties of corrosion resistance and adhesion are greatly improved.
