▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene oxide dispersion type composite phase change energy storage microcapsule comprise 0.5-6 pts. wt. graphene oxide and 90-98 pts. wt. diatomaceous earth-based phase change energy storage material. The diatomaceous earth-based phase change energy storage material comprises 10-20 pts. wt. carrier using diatomaceous earth, and a phase change energy storage material which comprises decanoic acid and lauric acid in a mass ratio of 7:3, and has adsorption rate of 37.5-42.6%. USE - Graphene oxide dispersion type composite phase change energy storage microcapsules (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene oxide dispersion type composite phase change energy storage microcapsules product has excellent dispersion, stability, non-toxic and non-corrosive, and avoids phase change material leakage caused by the impact on the environment, and also solves the difficulty to disperse and hinder the practical application of the problem. The product is in dark black color and powder form. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene oxide dispersion type composite phase change energy storage microcapsules, which involves (i) adding 1-10 pts. wt. graphite and 200-250 pts. wt. concentrated sulfuric acid, constantly stirring evenly, adding 3-30 pts. wt. potassium permanganate and 1-5 pts. wt. sodium nitrate, stirring in a mixture of ice and water at 0 degrees C to control reaction temperature not to exceed 20 degrees C, continuing the reaction for 30 min and then heating at 35 degrees C for 1 hours, then heating at 80 degrees C and adding deionized water, reacting for 30 minutes, adding 5% hydrogen peroxide solution, reacting to obtain bright yellow product, and finally repeatedly washing with 10% hydrochloric acid until absence of precipitation of sulfate and barium chloride is detected, neutralizing the resulting oxidized graphite using deionized water, drying in a blast oven at 55 degrees C, grinding into powder for use, (ii) preparing binary phase change material by weighing decanoic acid and lauric acid according to mass ratio of 7:3, melting decanoic acid at 70 degrees C in a constant temperature water bath, and gradually adding lauric acid to fully molten decanoic acid and continuously stirring until both are completely melt-mixed, and cooling at room temperature, (iii) modifying diatomaceous earth by grinding diatomaceous earth into a powder, calcining at 650 degrees C for 2 hours, cooling at room temperature, dissolving calcined diatomaceous earth in 60-70% sulfuric acid solution, and immersing in the constant temperature water at 70 degrees C for 4 hours, then washing with deionized water to obtain pH to 7.0, drying diatomaceous and grinding back, (iv) taking 10-20 pts. wt. modified diatomaceous earth, adding anhydrous ethanol as a dispersant, stirring and dispersing for 20-30 minutes, weighing 12-15 pts. wt. binary phase change material, adding anhydrous ethanol as a dispersant, stirring and dispersing for 40-60 minutes, weighing 0.5-6 pts. wt. oxidized graphene, adding with deionized water, ultrasonically processing for 2 hours, centrifuging to obtain a bright yellow solution of graphene solution, adding diatomaceous earth dispersion, phase change material dispersion and graphene solution in a solvent which comprises absolute ethanol and deionized water in a mixing ratio of 1:1, stirring in a constant temperature water bath at 70 degrees C, then evaporating deionized water and ethanol and drying at room temperature.
