▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A bio-lubricating oil comprises biological oil, graphene, molybdenum disulfide, polyvinyl alcohol, oleic acid, zinc dialkyl dithiophosphate and silica. The bio-oil contains acid, alcohol, aldehyde, ketone, hydrocarbon, phenol and ester. The graphene is monolayered or bilayered graphene. Molybdenum disulfide is sheet-like molybdenum disulfide. Polyvinyl alcohol is medium-high viscosity polyvinyl alcohol. Silica is nano-silica. USE - Bio-lubricating oil (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The bio-lubricating oil has improved self-repairing function and stability, and is prepared by simple method and economical. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A bio-lubricating oil comprises 92-99 pts. wt. biological oil, 0.001-0.008 pt. wt. graphene, 0.01-3 pts. wt. molybdenum disulfide, 0.01-3 pts. wt. polyvinyl alcohol, 0.3-2 pts. wt. oleic acid, 0.1-0.5 pt. wt. zinc dialkyl dithiophosphate and 0.01-0.3 pt. wt. silica. The bio-oil contains 2-25 wt.% acid, 1-8 wt.% alcohol, 13-32 wt.% aldehyde, 18-41 wt.% ketone, 0.5-3.8 wt.% hydrocarbon, 15-36 wt.% phenol and 0-8 wt.% ester. The graphene is monolayered or bilayered graphene having particle size of 1-5 mu m. Molybdenum disulfide is sheet-like molybdenum disulfide having particle size of 2-18 mu m. Polyvinyl alcohol is medium-high viscosity polyvinyl alcohol having average molecular weight of more than 110000. Silica is nano-silica having average particle diameter of 30-100 nm. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of bio-lubricating oil, which involves mixing raw materials, stirring, ultrasonically-processing and stirring at 2500-3500 rpm.
