NOVELTY - High-heat-resistant polyamide plastic comprises 100-120 pts.wt.PA resin, 20-40 pts.wt. polyamide, 20-30 pts.wt. glass fiber, 10-15 pts.wt.triisocyanurate, 1-10 pts.wt.hydroxy silicone oil, 5-10pts.wt. polypropylene ester, 10-30pts.wt. auxiliary agents, 40-60 pts.wt. ethanol, and 40-50 pts.wt. demineralized water. USE - The high heat-resistant polyamide plastic is used in injection-molded articles. ADVANTAGE - The high heat-resistant PA plastic has excellent mechanical property, heat resistance, abrasion resistance, chemical resistance and self-lubricity, has low friction coefficient and flame retardant. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation method heat resistance PA plastic, involves (1)adding appropriate amount of graphene powder, nano-titanium dioxide, and nano-silicon carbide into a ball mill, fully grinding and mixing, adding an appropriate amount of ethanol solution, sending it into ultrasonic disperser, and ultrasonically dispersing to obtain a dispersion, (2) adding dispersion liquid and appropriate amount of compatibilizer, lubricant, antioxidant, surface hydrophilic agent, phosphite triester, and silane coupling agent into a mixer, stirring and mixing to obtain an auxiliary agent, (3)Adding an appropriate amount of PA resin, polyamide, glass fiber, triisocyanurate, hydroxy silicone oil, polypropylene ester, ethanol, and demineralized water into the stirring kettle, and stir and mix well, (4) continuously adding auxiliary agent into stirring tank, stir and mix, (5) Introduce the mixture into a twin-screw extruder, set the temperature and rotation speed, extrude the material in molten state, and after cold-water stranding, pelletizing ,screening, and metering and packaging, to obtain Finished plastic.
