NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene composite film involves preparing graphene oxide into graphene oxide aqueous solution, adding chromium trichloride solution to ionically crosslink trivalent chromium ion with graphene oxide, obtaining uniformly dispersed mixed solution, assembling the mixed solution into self-supporting ion-crosslinked graphene oxide composite film by vacuum suction filtration, washing to remove un-crosslinked trivalent chromium ion, drying, immersing resultant product in hydroiodic acid, subjecting to chemical reduction, washing, drying, obtaining ion-crosslinked graphene composite film, immersing in N-hydroxysuccinimide-1-indoleate and 1-aminoindole in N,N-dimethylformamide solution, washing, drying, adjusting volume of chromium trichloride solution, and repeating the above processes with different trivalent chromium ion. USE - Preparation of graphene composite film. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of graphene composite film having excellent fatigue resistance, corrosion resistance and electromagnetic shielding performance, tensile strength of 821 MPa, toughness of 20 MJ/m3 and conductivity of 416 S/cm.
