DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of quantum dot coded magnetic microsphere, which involves preparing aqueous dispersion of polyethyleneimine-modified carboxy-modified magnetic polystyrene microspheres by placing 30 mg carboxyl-modified magnetic polystyrene microspheres in centrifuge tube separating the supernatant, washing using 4-morpholinethanesulfonic acid (MES) buffer solution for 3 times and separating the supernatant, adding 3 mg/mL carbodiimide and 80 mg/mL polyethyleneimine and dispersing ultrasonically for 3 hours, removing supernatant by magnetic separation, washing with pure water 3 times and dispersing.
