▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Preparing fibrous graphene-doped titanium dioxide composite material, comprises (i) adding polyvinyl pyrrolidone and/or poly(vinyl alcohol) (PVA) in solvent comprising deionized water, acetic acid, ethanol and/or dimethylformamide to obtain solution A, (ii) adding tetrabutyl titanate and/or isobutyl titanate in solvent comprising acetic acid, ethylene glycol, methyl ether and/or citric acid to obtain solution B, (iii) dispersing graphene oxide in dimethylformamide or ethanol to obtain dispersion C, (iv) adding the solution B to the solution A and mixing, and dripping the dispersion C into the mixed solution to obtain dispersion D, and (v) electrospinning the dispersion D after ultrasonic to obtain the precursor fiber material, placing precursor fiber material in a microwave reactor, and reacting in a microwave under nitrogen/oxygen atmosphere. USE - The composite material is useful as electrode material (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: makes graphene and titanium dioxide doped uniformly; avoids the uneven doping of the two caused by the uneven agglomeration and dispersion of graphene during the high-temperature heating process during the traditional direct doping; utilizes microwave reaction for fast heating speed and even heating; avoids graphene agglomeration caused by the slow temperature rise in the traditional reaction; quickly reduces graphene oxide to graphene by heat; simultaneously removes remaining amorphous carbon; creates more pore structures; increases the porosity of composite materials; alleviates the aggregation and accumulation of nanoparticles during long-term heat treatment; and is more conducive to the synthesis of electrode materials with high specific capacity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for fibrous graphene doped titanium dioxide composite material prepared by the above-mentioned method.
