NOVELTY - Quantum water treatment substrates comprises photocatalytic precursor, where precursor is graphene, zinc acetate and magnesium acetate as raw material, using coprecipitation method to obtain medium material which is activated by negative ion powder, lithium niobate and epoxy resin by activating agent; activation adopts ball milling activation, and clay, fly ash, rare earth compound, metal oxide and tourmaline stone, where grain diameter of each raw material is not greater than 3 mu m. USE - Quantum water treatment substrate used for treating polluted water (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The quantum water treatment substrates enables to show good impact resistance, strong energy storage capacity, high quantum efficiency, high utilization efficiency, long service life and high sewage treatment efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a method for preparing quantum water treatment substrate, which involves providing precursors for photocatalytic materials; providing dielectric materials, protective atmosphere, and raw materials, which are mixed, and ball-milled, then pressed into green component, calcining; and cooling to obtain quantum water treatment substrate, where thickness of green component is not less than 50 millimeter; and (2) a method for treating water pollution using quantum water treatment substrate, which involves preparing quantum water treatment substrate, and placing quantum water treatment substrate in designated enclosed space; turning on quantum emission device to perform quantum resonance technology processing on quantum water treatment substrate to prepare quantum materials; placing charged quantum materials in water to be treated to treat polluted water.
