NOVELTY - Carbon nanotubes or amorphous carbon source is placed between positive and negative electrodes connected to an external power supply. The connected electrodes are placed in a vacuum chamber, the voltage of external power supply is turned off, and the chamber is vacuumized. The carbon nanotubes or amorphous carbon source are slowly heated, a positive pulse voltage is applied, and carbon nanotubes or amorphous carbon source are burned to obtain a material with graphene structures at the broken portion after burning out. USE - Preparation of graphene material for use in microelectronics and information electronics. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Carbon nanotubes or amorphous carbon source is placed between a positive electrode and a negative electrode connected to an external power supply. The electrodes are adjacent to each other and contact through the carbon nanotubes and amorphous carbon. The connected electrodes are placed in a vacuum chamber, the voltage of external power supply is turned off, and the chamber is vacuumized to 10-4-10-5 Pa. The carbon nanotubes or amorphous carbon source are slowly heated for 5-20 minutes, a positive pulse voltage is applied to the electrodes, and carbon nanotubes or amorphous carbon source are burned to obtain a material with graphene structures at the broken portion after burning out.
