NOVELTY - Graphene-based corrosion resistant coating comprises 12-20 pts. wt. modified graphene, 30-60 pts. wt. water-based acrylic emulsion, 2-3 pts. wt. film forming aid and 20-30 pts. wt. water. USE - Graphene-based corrosion resistant coating. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-based corrosion resistant coating has excellent corrosion resistance and good coating fastness. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphene-based corrosion-resistant coating, which involves: (A) mixing graphene oxide with 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane, and then reacting with chloroacetic acid to obtain modified graphene; (B) mixing titanium dioxide with potassium carbonate, calcining, washing, and drying to obtain potassium tetratitanate, mixing potassium tetratitanate with ethylene orthosilicate, adding a porogen, and stirring the reaction under alkaline conditions, calcining to obtain modified silica; (C) mixing modified graphene obtained with modified silica obtained, and mixed dispersion of 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane and succinic anhydride, stirring, carrying out reaction, filtering, mixture is obtained, mixing mixture with pyrrole ethanol solution, filtering, mixing with hydrochloric acid solution of ferric chloride, filtering, washing, and drying to obtain blank; (D) mixing blank obtained with aqueous acrylic emulsion, adding water and filming aid, stirring and mixing to obtain graphene corrosion-resistant coating; (E) applying graphene corrosion-resistant coating obtained to surface of pretreated metal substrate, and drying, obtaining corrosion-resistant coating based on graphene; and (F) performing index analysis on graphene-based corrosion-resistant coating.
