NOVELTY - Conductive particles comprises core microspheres, a conductive high polymer layer covering the core microspheres, and a three-dimensional graphene layer and a metal layer covering the conductive high polymer layer. USE - Conductive particles are used for manufacturing conductive adhesive (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The conductive particles have excellent conductivity and compressive strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) manufacture of conductive particles; (2) conductive adhesive, which comprises conductive particles; and (3) manufacture of conductive adhesive, which involves uniformly dispersing conductive particles in an insulating rubber material.
