NOVELTY - Preparing polyaniline composite graphene foam electrode sheet involves adding graphite oxide and polyacrylonitrile into ball mill. The ball milled mixture is dispersed ultrasonically in mixed solution to aqueous alcohol to form suspension. The foam nickel is soaked in the suspension, the solvent is dried and then placed in muffle furnace in presence of the mixture of hydrogen and nitrogen to protect the reaction. The system is cooled naturally to room temperature after reacting completely. The product is immersed in hydrochloric acid to obtain the graphene foam. USE - Method used for preparing polyaniline composite graphene foam electrode sheet (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare electrode sheet without adding of binder and conductive agent as in the conventional electrode plate, in a cost-saving manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing polyaniline composite graphene foam electrode sheet involves adding graphite oxide and polyacrylonitrile into ball mill. Aniline is added into water, stirred uniformly and the foamed graphene is put in the aniline solution. The initiator is added, stirred and allowed to stand for sometimes, filtered and vacuum dried to obtain graphene/polyaniline electrode sheet.
