NOVELTY - Kit comprises 0.3 mg/ml of graphene oxide solution, 0.5 mM of 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide, and 1 mM of N-hydroxysulfosuccinimide. USE - The kit is useful for detecting DNA methylation (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The kit economically detects DNA methylation with high flux. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for detecting DNA methylation comprising (1) preparing graphene oxide lattice, (2) extracting tissue or blood from a genomic DNA and then amplifying with bisulfite treated genomic DNA by PCR to prepare DNA sample, (3) systhesising graphene oxide detector quencher fluorescent-labeled DNA methylation detection probe into a hybridization cassette and prepared graphene oxide lattice for 12 hours, washing the excess probe using phosphate buffer saline (PBS), and scaning log graphene oxide lattice slide fluorescence intensity, and (4) hybridizing prepared DNA sample at 37 degrees C for 60 minutes and then washing using PBS, mixing DNA fluorescent intensity and the graphene oxide probe adsorb gold nanoparticle and marking a methylated sample graphene oxide fluorescence intensity ratio.
