NOVELTY - A spunlace composite nonwoven fabric is prepared from modified polypropylene (I), silane coupling agent and graphene oxide. USE - Spunlace composite nonwoven fabric. ADVANTAGE - The spunlace composite nonwoven fabric has excellent antibacterial and antistatic effects, excellent mechanical property, washing resistance and weather resistance, and firm fiber web, thus realizing high-performance spunlace nonwoven fabric. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A spunlace composite nonwoven fabric is prepared from modified polypropylene of formula (I), silane coupling agent and graphene oxide. n = 100-200. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the spunlace composite nonwoven fabric, which involves adding modified polypropylene to ethanol aqueous solution containing the silane coupling agent, heating to 80-90degrees Celsius for 1-2 hours, adding graphene oxide, continuously reacting for 0.5-1 hour, adjusting the pH to 8-10, reacting for 3-4 hours, filtering, washing with ethanol to obtain silicon dioxide-doped modified polypropylene, adding to screw injection molding machine, heating and melting, and stretching under the action of hot air to obtain silicon dioxide-doped modified polypropylene fibers, drawing the fiber through drafting airflow, blowing to the roller, collecting roller, and forming into cloth by its own thermal bonding, collecting melt-blown non-woven fabric after the web formation in the roller, winding into roll by winding mechanism, drawing the wound fabric, placing in flat mesh spunlace machine, reinforcing by spunlace, and drying.
