▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The surface modification method involves using carbon materials as the substrate, and growing vertical graphene on the substrate by plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition. The vertical graphene is put into the mixed solution of concentrated acid. The vertical graphene is oxidized by electrochemical oxidation. The oxidized vertical graphene is cleaned to neutrality and dried to obtain the modified vertical graphene. The carbon material includes carbon cloth, carbon paper, carbon fiber, carbon nanotube and carbon tube. USE - Vertical graphene surface modification method for flexible supercapacitor electrodes used in field of electrode material preparation, and is suitable for energy catalysis applications. ADVANTAGE - The modified vertical graphene prepared by the surface modification method of vertical graphene has a uniform surface, super-hydrophilic properties, and excellent electrochemical performance. The specific capacitance can maintain more than 1000 mF/cm^2 when the current density increases to 20 mA/cm^2. The capacitance retention rate is above 70%, with excellent rate performance. The modification method has the advantages of simple process, low cost, high performance and easy industrial promotion.
