NOVELTY - Insulating composite material is prepared from an insulating composite material composition, where the insulating composite material composition mainly comprises a polymer resin, graphene or carbon nanotubes, non-carbon materials, linear conductive material and polymer resin coupling agent. The non-carbon material-based non-linear conductive material is dispersed in the insulating composite material at a nano-scale size. He graphene or carbon nanotubes and polymer resin are provided in a mass ratio of 0.5-3:100. The non-carbon material-based nonlinear conductive material and the polymer resin are provided in a mass ratio of 10-25:100.
