NOVELTY - The electronic element (101-106) has a germanene layer (11) that consisting of a germanene and a capping layer (12) consisting of a van der Waals material laminated in the order on an insulator layer (13) consisting of second silver sulfide. The electrode (14,15) containing silver in electrical contact with the germanene layer arranged on the insulator layer side. The germanene layer comprises a monolayer of germanene. The capping layer is composed of graphene or hexagonal boron nitride. The first electrode is made of silver. The germanium crystal is prepared. The silver crystal is formed on the germanium crystal. The silver -crystal is made to be an insulator layer consisting of silver sulfide by sulfurizing, and a first electrode containing silver is formed on the insulator layer opposite to the germanene layer. USE - Electronic element for electronic device. ADVANTAGE - The electronic element has high mobility, excellent environment and stability with respect to time, and is capable of controlling band gap by electric field application.
