▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A self-lubricating coating comprises 40-55 %mass aqueous resin, 25-46 %mass additive and 9-25 %mass graphite source including graphene and fluorinated graphite, where the mass percentage content of the graphene in the coating is greater than 6%. USE - Self-lubricating coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating has high self-lubricating performance and anti-corrosion performance. The preparation method ensures the uniform dispersion of graphene and fluorinated graphite in the coating, and reduces the amount of graphene and fluorinated graphite and the production cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the self-lubricating coating, which involves: (1) adding graphene and fluorinated graphite to a blender according to the mass percentage, respectively and stirring to obtain a composite powder; (2) adding the additive to the composite powder material and stirring to obtain a coating preform; and (3) sequentially subjecting the coating preform to ball milling and vacuum treatment.
