▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Antistatic thermal conductive material comprises 50-99 pts. wt. thermoplastic resin; 1-20 pts. wt. surface-modified graphene micro-sheets; 0.5-10 pts. wt. toughening agent; 0.1-20 pts. wt. additives, where surface of surface-modified graphene micro-sheets is grafted with polyethylene glycol. USE - Antistatic thermal conductive material used in electronic and electrical, medical and health, automotive industry, heating, optical display, aerospace and other fields. ADVANTAGE - The conductive material enables to solve problems of poor dispersibility of antistatic additives and poor compatibility with matrix materials. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing antistatic thermally conductive material, which involves: (A) mixing required amount of thermoplastic resin, surface-modified graphene flakes, toughening agents, and additives; and (B) melting, kneading, extrude molding, or calendering molding, or injection molding to prepare antistatic thermal conductive material.
